We have been serving the area since 2014, incorporated in 2016, and have continued to grow into a trusted local contractor for both residential and commercial customers. Today, we offer a wide range of services through two connected divisions: Universal Service and Chivers Contracting LTD.

Our experience began at a young age, working with family in commercial janitorial and custodial services, cleaning large commercial buildings in Fort Frances. Over the years, that hands-on experience grew into a wide range of commercial, industrial, residential, and property service work.
What started with cleaning and pest control has expanded into a full-service company built around the needs of local homeowners, businesses, property owners, landlords, municipalities, farms, lake properties, and remote locations.
